What we collect

If you book an appointment, we store your name, phone number, email, pet name, notes, and the service and time you requested. That information is used only to schedule and provide pet care.

The admin area uses a session cookie after a password login. Public pages do not require cookies.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not run a public comment system or a shop. If email notifications are enabled, booking details are sent to the business inbox you configure.

How long we keep it

Booking records stay until they are cancelled or deleted by the business. You can ask for your booking data to be removed by contacting us.
